Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Final Mix keeps pausing the emulator when loading games

It seems to pause the emulator when loading games and when it is fixing to play videos and various other parts in the game. The thing is I had it working fine and it wasn't pausing at all but then for some odd reason each time I tried to start the game it just got stuck on searching for save media or something like that. So I had to reset the settings for the launcher and the jpcsp and now it is back again. I don't know what I did to make this stop so I would like to know what I would have to do to fix this.
