problem playing kingdom hearts bith by sleep [US]

I have downloaded the newest rev(2163). the game start fine even the intro works great untill i chose to start new game. after i chose the difficulty the game went black, however, the FPS counter kept going. I pressed every buton but it didn't work.The strage thing is that it works fine on the same computer with rev 1800 (whitout the saving option, but every thing else for that rev is good).

Can someone help me start the game on the newset rev.
If someone knows how to star the game without having black screen please tell me
