OK, I will try to help you. But you have to do what is asked and not start countless other threads regarding the same problem.

From what I gather in your other posts you have a 64-bit OS. But you have to use JPCSP 32-bit for the movies (Media Engine, Xuggler).

So download the 32-bit build here: http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/
Download the latest version (2146 at the time of writing). You also need the 32-bit Java Runtine: http://www.java.com and then select the normal download, it should be the 32-bit Runtime.

Extract the 7z file to the C:\JPCSP or another directory in the C: root (so the path is short, long paths are a source for many problems).

Double-click the bat in jpcsp-windows-x86 and then only change the UMDimage path OR move your ISO(s) to the UMDIMAGE path inside the JPCSP directory. Then load up the UMD and it should work.

If not tell me what your problem is exactly then ...
JPCSP games tested with Athlon X2 4850e, 4 GB RAM, Radeon HD 3300 (onboard), OpenGL: 3.3.11653, Windows XP SP3 32-bit
PPSSPP games tested with Intel i3, 4 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 2000 (onboard), OpenGL: 3.1.0 Build 6.14.10.5421, Windows XP SP3 32-bit
