my system
win 7 64 bit
cpu 945 amd
ram 4
vga 2 gb

but i have a problam in version jpcsp 0.6 2142

error:
Failed to initialize device Micr because of: java.io.IOException: Failed to acquire device (8007001e)

Try to update your java plugin reinstall it.
You can also consider to install 32-bit version of JAVA since JPCSP has problems with the 64-bit version.
