Yep, since xuggler doesn't work for 64bit, it causes a conflict when media engine is enabled. It should work if you disable the media engine and sonic stage options but cutscenes and music/voices won't work. You should use the 32bit version instead.

What do you mean by stutters? I think you mean it lags. enable only ge and save GE textures in the video tab.
