It works no problem when i load without UMD Browser but when I try to use UMD I get this error.

I haven't played since r2043 but I also haven't added any games since r1989 so I don't think its a corrupt ISO
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.7 GHz, GPU: Geforce GTX 550 Ti, Ram: 16 GB, Windows 7 64-bit

Yes I'm getting the exact same thing. It happened right after I installed the latest ATI drivers 10.7 on my Ati HD 4670.
I installed them in hope that they will fix the BLACK AND WHITE bug but now I can't play shit.

The only reason I could find for this error is that the folder you defined for your UMDs is not correct. Check in your Jpcsp configuration the "UMD Path folder" setting.
Always include a complete log file at INFO level in your reports. Thanks! How to post a log
