Like gid has already stated in several posts, the Catalyst drivers are quite buggy and tend to cause all sort of problems with JPCSP.
Do you see any errors in the console window? If so, could you please post them here?
Also, there should be a new .txt file on JPCSP's root folder containing a detailed error report if JPCSP happens to crash. However, if all that happens is that you get a full black screen, but games keep running, then Catalyst 11.3 brought more issues than fixes... Sad

Catalyst 11.3 is way better than 11.2 on my machine.

@neo100909: What else did you change? Tell us a bit more about your problem
JPCSP games tested with Athlon X2 4850e, 4 GB RAM, Radeon HD 3300 (onboard), OpenGL: 3.3.11653, Windows XP SP3 32-bit
PPSSPP games tested with Intel i3, 4 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 2000 (onboard), OpenGL: 3.1.0 Build 6.14.10.5421, Windows XP SP3 32-bit

When I turn Jpcsp and gives File then Load UMD choose game gives Load later Run no game is not loaded indifferently what is the version Sad I'm sure that it is rather by drivers

Please enable the logger to DEBUG level (Debug -> Tools -> Logger -> Show Logger / select INFO), load the cube.iso and post the generated log.html.
