Could it be because you enabled "Only GE graphics (not recommended for homebrew)" in r3228 and it is not enabled in your r3227 test?
Always include a complete log file at INFO level in your reports. Thanks! How to post a log

sorry,yes it is the "Only GE graphics" probrem.
