cwcheat not working

i found a cwcheat download that has a read me and 2 install folders and a database but i do not know how to use them. i opened the the db file with wordpad and tried to copy and paste them but it would not let me right click in the cheat menu window. i typed a code in and turned it on but it did not work. can you help?

that only works on a real psp. the emulator's implementation of cwcheat is under cheats/cwcheat, though it's incomplete compared to what the plugin can do.
