okay got the game running at between 20-34 fps which means its running smooth now but the enemies are still invicible

Have you tried to enable the option "Enable the shader implementation for the "Stencil Test" (more accurate but slower)"?

Another test would be to disable all the video options and only enable only "Use Software Rendering (very experimental, not yet complete, slow)".
Always include a complete log file at INFO level in your reports. Thanks! How to post a log

its like in shion_chk videos when the enemies appear they are partially invisible

making things visible use this view. the problem is is trying to keep that view every move recenters the camera

phantasy star portable 2 infinity is slightly severe about a multithread synchronization.Sad
single core is assigned by a task manager for stabilization.
