Ah trying to play Birth By Sleep...

I guess your problem is that your running it on 64 bit and when you try to play the game it just stops at pause and nothing happens?

OK, so what IS your problem? This picture does not help much. A little more explaining would be nice.

My problem is i have the emulator jpcsp in windows 7 ultimate but after run a game not the kh birth by sleep in the news revs versions the fps don't apear and the image of the game don't run my windows version it's 32 bits please you can help me here is my config general.

Your settings look OK to me.

Look at the guide I made for this game and try to follow it: http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=2214
Maybe try also the JPCSP launcher to avoid further problems:

If it does not work we need at least your log file (INFO should do), your graphic card, your RAM to narrow down the problem.

Use the official build from Orphis: http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/ and extract the files to a short directory, f.e. C:\jpcsp, copy the launcher to where the batch files are and it should work, if not, what is the error message?

This is no error, this is normal. Please tell me all your steps until this so called "error" as detailed as possible.
I need the log.html, not the test.log
