RPCS3 won't open

I have no idea what the issue is. I try to open the .exe but exactly nothing happens.
It's not a flubbed install, as my laptop opens the program with no problems. It should be able to run on my computer:

Win10 Pro
AMD FX 6200 3.81 GHz
NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB
16GB RAM


I don't know if it matters, but the only thing in the log file is:
RPCS3 v0.0.3-3-34a6085 Alpha | HEAD

Same here, I launch RPCS3, it appears in the task manager and nothing happens. I used to play Catherine on the exact same release.
