v0.0.3-3 Paused emulation but still uses CPU

When in use the emu takes from 18 to 28% of my i5 CPU. If i press the Pause button it pauses the emulation, but the process just takes the entire 25% of a core and stays that way until unpaused. Doesnt feel like that is what should happen during pause. Some may disagree.

You'll still have some usage. While active emulation is paused, I believe the emulator is still "emulating" the current state--wherever you paused.
