FPS drop after updating rpcs3

greetings everyone,as the title said i have fps drop after updating my rpcs3 which is weird,usually i play project diva F [BLUS31319] like 28-30 fps~ on rpcs3-v0.0.3-2017-08-13-d8c449aa_ build, but after i updated my rpcs3 to rpcs3-v0.0.3-2017-08-18-650db9c9 it went down to 20-22~ish,could anyone help me?
i have :
processor : Core i5-4200 @ 1.6Ghz (4CPUs)
video card : Nvidia GeForce GT 740m
ram : 8GB
windows : 8.1

updated drivers,changed to openGL,doesnt work
but rolling back to old build solved the problem
but if i use the old build,i cant get the new update aye?like gamefix,or etc

btw i don't really get it,why do u get faster FPS on openGL than on Vulkan?its the opposite here,run around 14-16~ FPS on openGL,is there any setting that i should switch?
