Persona 5 [BLUS31604]
I've encountered another problem. So I'm at the 5th palace right now, the spaceship one, and after defeating a boss in the beginning I have to move to the next location, but before I can do anything in the next area there's supposed to be a cutscene playing. The problem is that said cutscene won't play no matter what. The game doesn't freeze, everything moves as it should be, but there's no cutscene, which means I can't progress any further.
I tried different builds to see if there would be any difference including the recent master one, but it's all the same. The settings are fine, the game files aren't corrupted, at the moment of the scene the FPS is 10 or so. I really have no idea what possibly could be wrong, everything was running great before this.

Since the logs are too big, I'll upload them all here

I disagree, for me 0.0.2 is still the best regarding "playable"

That's because you didn't read the updated first post in this thread.

Oh ? How come i quoted from the edited Post ?

I did follow those settings, 0.0.2 is still the best

Others already agreed.

>> Many many many people completed this 100+ hours games with zero crashes.

This makes no sense at all - he also said use 0.0.2 - how can people play on masters build for 100+ hours if its available just for 24h ?

They played on 0.0.2 too obviously

New master build is even worse. 6fps after 1st save train station on i7 4770

This master build is faster 14fps but hang after 10+ minutes

Game bug due to low fps I think. Maybe use the cheat engine speed hack to fool the game into "30 fps" (google it).
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)

I am a little suprised that anyone would actually prefer old 0.0.2 build instead of this new master bulid. On my end I noticed a huge improvement overall. Biggest improvement are anime cutscenes - before, they were laggy as hell so I was pausing the game and I watched them on YT. Now I don't have that problem. Palaces, Mementos and especially places like Shibuya Central Street are much more smoother than before.

Tried it, speed hack doesn't really help. It just freezes eventually.

You got the fps counter to show 30 fps? Maybe some LLVM bug. Delete the data folder to force recompilation. Also check the settings in the first post of the topic are used.

Hell yeah, forcing recompilation worked. Thanks again, you're a lifesaver!

Tried this using latest masterbuild using my laptop (specs on my sig) and here goes my results:

(playing on 720p w/ optimal settings)

Opening Title: 30 FPS
Title Screen: 20-23 FPS
Anime cut scenes still stutters, but watchable compared to past builds (to watch cutscenes, go to YouTube for the meantime)
Cut scenes: 25-30 FPS
Town: 10-17 FPS
Loading Screen: 30 FPS
Dungeons: 15-25 FPS
Battle: 25-30 FPS

Overall, I would say that at this point, this game is now playable. Love this game since Persona 3 and now I can finally play the latest.
Will post in the future if I experience any crashes/bugs.
