Post the log file. But likely you installed DLC and it broke. Try just the game, nothing more.

Okay, so I've played a bit and I can say it's playable... If you don't mind the constant 3-4 FPS and skipping cutscenes, since it'll take forever to finish, and colors all over the place, of course, but nonetheless. Vulkan kind of solves the latter, but it crashes after loading the save.
Didn't try playing with the game DLCs, but jp audio runs just fine. The game was running for maybe an hour or two straight with no crashes at all.
Here's the settings I used:
PPU: Interpreter (fast)
SPU: Interpreter (fast)
Automatic library loading mode
OpenGL 1280x720
Frame limit off
XAudio2

E {rsx::thread} RSX: OpenGL: initialization of glGetTextureImageEXT failed.
E {rsx::thread} RSX: OpenGL: initialization of glGetTextureImage failed.
E {rsx::thread} RSX: OpenGL: initialization of glTextureBufferRange failed.
E {rsx::thread} RSX: OpenGL: initialization of glCopyImageSubData failed.
F {rsx::thread} class std::runtime_error thrown: Failed to initialize OpenGL renderer. ARB_texture_buffer_object is required but not supported by your GPU

Well actually i dont know if i did right or not. And here is my system display

Please help me fix this issue! Thank you very much!

Your GPU doesn't support OpenGL 4.3 most likely. Retry with latest build from rpcs3.net/download .
If it's still doesn't work, then you need a new GPU.
Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X, Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
Laptop: Intel i7 6700HQ, Intel HD 530, 2x8G 2133MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: FX-8350, R9 280X, 2x4G 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

Just looked; he is using Intel graphics that only supports up to OGL 4.

You need at least Haswell for Intel graphics, but the drivers are so buggy that it never really works anyway. Skylake+ is in a little better state but still very much hit and miss. But at least you get OpenGL, Vulkan, and DX12 so it's probable that one of them works in that case Tongue

Hello. This is my first time playing through RPCS3, but I believe I have followed all the steps correctly. I used a video for setup, but this is the error it gave me.
E LDR: Invalid or unsupported file format: C:\Users\Believe\Downloads\Emulator\RPCs3\dev_hdd0\game\BLUS31604\RPCS3persona5.rar
It will not allow me to open the game.

Welp, just around two weeks ago I said it was playable, but it seems I spoke too soon.
I accidentally deleted the save file and now I can't get to the fight in the prologue, the FPS lowers to 2-3 and Joker gets stuck in the fence.
I've also been receiving this error lately:

Unhandled Win32 exception 0xC0000005.

Please tell me you're not trying to boot a compressed log file..

Follow the instructions on https://rpcs3.net/quickstart to properly set it up, ignore weird videos. And don't place disc games inside dev_hdd0.
