At this link, there is a solution for the freeze before tutorial fights. For me it worked, but after the fight the game still randomly freeze even when i ambush an enemy. But i think that if you save, restart the emulator and reload after that part the game wont freeze, i'm gonna try this tonight xD

Updated OP with information on optimal settings and what build to use to minimize crashes.
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)

When I ambush and during the gun tutorial the error I got was as follows: F {rsx::thread} class std::runtime_error thrown: Invalid location (offset=0x0, location=0xffffffff)
(in file Emu\RSX\RSXThread.cpp:100)
Hopefully this helps! Great job getting the shaders fixed

You have to use cheat engine; just before the fight use the speedhack and set it to 5, than the fight will start and you can go back to 1. You can bind the speedhack's settings to a hotkey so you can do it ripidly.

I'd have to say, fixing that bloom problem was pretty nice as it gave me about 1-2 FPS increase from a meager 2 FPS lol, but I prefer having 4-5 FPS than 1 FPS. Still, I have a major reoccurring problem in the first area (casino, yes I'm stuck there) in which after the battle and Joker jumps up to the balcony/higher level, the game freezes there. Then a brief refresh kind of happens? I don't know what happens, but closing the game and attempting to restart gives this:

---------------------------
Fatal error
---------------------------
Unhandled Win32 exception 0xC0000005.

Closing that message then causes RPCS3 to crash. I've been able to replicate this about 3 times now, and I can't advance unless this problem is solved... also, here's my PC specs:

Intel® Core™ i5-5200U at 2.2GHz
AMD Radeon R5 M330
8GB of RAM

I tried the build in OP and received the same error. all graphics are fixed though.

U {rsx::thread} sys_rsx TODO: sys_rsx_context_attribute(context_id=0x55555555, package_id=0x102, a3=0x1, a4=0x8000010f, a5=0x0, a6=0x0)
F {rsx::thread} class std::runtime_error thrown: Invalid location (offset=0x0, location=0xffffffff)
(in file Emu\RSX\RSXThread.cpp:100)

CE speed hack does help. but i may just wait for my ps to ship from home or wait for updated builds for now lol

Yes.

My sys specs have been added to sig. The higher FPS adn greater resolution makes me enjoy it more but the fact that I literally cannot advance is frustrating lol.
