UPDATE IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Needs a workaround to start up, read more: http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread....#pid284703

Goes ingame, everything looks and sounds right, save/load works. Decent fps. Problem is game sometimes get stuck on loading trophies keep restarting til it loads them(Should load in one second if not then need restart)

What you think mods it's good enough for playable?

Is it me or in the more recent versions of the emulator the game runs at lower and lower FPS?

EDIT: Yup, the game is definitely getting slower:

Did you enable the new option "GPU texture scaling" in RPCS3 graphics settings?
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)

Never heard of that thing so I guess no if it isn't enabled by default Big Grin.

EDIT: I get around 53 FPS when enabling it.

Holy shit, this is going downhill now:

Is all this performance loss even normal? It seems to be harder and harder to get the game to even boot, too.

It's random, probably. Nothing that can affect performance has really been committed for a while anyway...

How can it be any random if I can reproduce the "problem" every single time?

I mean that unrelated code changes randomly change timing a few ns here and there and that randomly makes the game slower or faster from build to build. Or something like that.

Point is, nothing that can actually affect performance was changed.

That's more reasonable. The thing is performance is really geting lower at least with this game.
