SKATE 3 didnt BOOT (with LOG)

I tried to load [SKATE3] and the Emulator open's a grey window and nothing happens, this is the LOG.

I downloaded a Skate 3 PS3 ISO
PS3 Emulator > Boot Game > Choosed the Skate 3 folder with every data and stuff inside.

Do i need a PS3 Firmware? because in the Skate 3 folder is a BOOT and a EBOOT.iso I tried these at BOOT ELF/SELF File, but it didnt work ether.... Sad (Pictures)

Hello,
First of all, that's not a log. That's console output. Log is RPCS3.log.
Secondly, Skate 3 is not supposed to boot at the moment, it does not work.
And last, but not least, yes you need files from the PS3 firmware as indicated on our getting started guide (https://rpcs3.net/quickstart) and no, we don't support piracy.
Try playing simpler games which are listed as Playable/Ingame on our compatibility list at https://rpcs3.net/compatibility .
