The intro is black screen with sound and menu is broken, but it can go ingame and I played it for about 5 minutes before it crashed on a loading screen. Directx 12 doesn't display the backgrounds while openGL and vulcan do.
Recorded a video.
Added more LLE and nothing changed except the menu a little bit.
