Sound being one or two seconds out of sync on videos is known.

The game running absolutely flawlessly with a few animated videos having audio off by one second is the best you can get yes.

No trophies (yet). Well, there will be a cryptic log message but you wont see it on "the screen" so to speak.

anyone else getting crackling audio? i seem to get it all the time

XAudio2 + PPU LLVM + SPU ASMJIT / Fast + Vulkan + Lower SPU thread priority and test with Bind SPU to secondary cores on/off to see what works better for you

What if my GPU only supports DX11 then? What would be the best config?

OpenGL + GPU texture scaling instead of Vulkan and the other same settings

I get pretty much perfect 30 FPS using the settings listed in this thread, but no matter what I change the in-game audio is crackling / stuttering bad (doesnt appear to in the youtube videos?)

Edit:

I looked again and noticed FPS drops whenever the audio stutters - which I can live with however (not sure if this is related) the game will cutoff the audio and not load the next level / cut scene.
