RE: Persona 5 [NPJB00769]
The error explains itself really... get the decryption key "JP0005-NPJB00769_00-HDDBOOTPERSONA05.rap" from your PS3 and place it in /dev_hdd0/home/00000001/exdata/. All (most?) PSN purchased games need it.

Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)

I'll do that and it work thank you!!
With vulcan it has the best framerate(65/70fps) but when it starts the playable part it goes slow like 0.5/1.5 fps

Yeah, but performance improvements will come in due time. RPCS3 isn't always very fast but 0.5 - 1.5 fps may be some bug... You can try changing to (fast) SPU interpreter instead of recompiler. For some (buggy) reason it is a little faster, but audio will be much worse.

RE: Persona 5 [NPJB00769]
I was able to grab some additional footage of Persona 5 with a high-ish framerate.

Higher fps starts at ~1:50 minute mark
