Am I the only one getting black flickering during fight gameplay (however the title screen and character select is fine)?

i5-4690K
GTX 460
Win 7 64 Bit

OpenGL with everything default meaning:
-Interpreter (fast)
-Recompiler (ASMJJT)
-Automatically load libraries

Tried all these versions and it's the same:
rpcs3-v0.0.2-2017-05-24-93ba30e9_win64
rpcs3-v0.0.2-2017-07-03-650efe44_win64
rpcs3-v0.0.2-2017-07-08-8f77307d_win64
