[Idea] Somehow force users to read Beginner's Guide
#1
I see a lot more sloppy threads these days, people are copying stuff in from log window, opening 9001 threads that can be solved by LLE modules, etc.

Isn't there a way to force people to read beginner's guide before making a thread?

It would save tons of time for mods\people who want to help...

Although it would help a few people, I can say from experience on other forums that even if people are forced to read a thread they usually don't read it.

I don't know of any plugins for MyBB that do that, maybe nickblame or shadow know of something.
