I want to play J Star Victory VS with this emulator but I don't know if this game is supported...

When I've tried to emule it, I have a white screen and that's all
So can someone explain to me how to make it work if this is possible.

No. You'll need a PS3 to obtain necessary files for emulating the game along with a copy of the game.
You'll have better luck simply getting a PS3 playing it on that.
