Can you translate the Chinese? Though I would guess you maybe get the error because your disk is full, or maybe you need admin rights to write to the folder (if you have rpcs3 in program files)
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)

Here is another one I have seen on a few games... specifically (NPUJ00067 PS1 Castlevania Symphony of the Night US)

You are trying to install a PS1 game in a PS3 emulator... not going to work. It's irrelevant that the real PS3 OS has a built in PS1 emulator, rpcs3 does not for obvious reasons.

Just added PSP PKG support, because why not?
(Those PS1 games are in "PSP" packages too.)

PKG installing failed when installing homebrews from ps3brewology, no problem with some older build
