It's playable, but it's all in Japanese.

The game is not translated, but the PC version (18+) is currently being translated to english. Of course, since this game is PSP, it's (12+). I tried this game a little, and it's playable for a long part. (Not sure if anything will happen for the ending) Right off the bat they will say that a MPEG file is missing. Ignore that and press the O button, and the supposed 'video' will be skipped, bringing you to the tile page. It's a Visual Novel, so not much interaction from the player is needed. Btw, if you search online for a description of this game, you will see a pic like this:

But rest assured, as the pink haired girl is a GUY, so no yuri for you guys. A brief explanation of the game here:

The game is fully voiced, unlike the PC version and has 2 new characters. To those who can read Japanese, try it. For those who can't too bad. or you could try learning something.

its too late now

NO SUPPORT FOR PIRATES

And no deleting the thing about downloading doesn't make it better.
