The answer is in the log you provided.

First, you need a valid RAP file so the emulator can decrypt the game. The RAP file contains the license for the game you're trying to run. And it must be placed at the "RPCS3/dev_usb000" folder in order to work. You can obtain the RAP file from your PS3.
