When I open the JPCSP Launcher,
it said ' Failed Detect ',
but I don't know what it's mean so I still click ' Run ',
and it said ' Error jogl.dll missing '

What it's saying?Sad
What should I do?Huh
Please help...

(If I have some grammar problem, please forgiveBlush)

you need to put it in Jpcsp's root folder or define the path to Jpcsp in the options.
Get the latest Jpcsp here
