tested on r1981. Playble,almost full Speed speed drop some time when fighting Zombies...backround music not working,but the basic sound is I used this setting:
Video: Use vertex cache, Use shaders, Enable VAO
Media: Use Media Engine, Decode audio files with SonicStage
