Can jpcsp play games without Decrypting PGD?

Don't worry, it will be able in my next commit. In fact, if you own your own decrypted DLC you will be able to use it easily (encrypted versions won't be that easy).

Doesn't you mean jpcsp can play games with encrypted PGD files（needn't wait jpcsp Decrypt PGD to tmp folder）and jpcsp can support DLC also，
it sounds great！
