Even if you somehow manage to run the emu, you wont get playable speed. You are out of luck here, So either you buy a more powerful PC or just play on the PSP.

I am afraid Marcelo_20xx is right; however, there are some games that can work for you but don't expect that huge games like God Of War does.

About the error, no, this is nothing to be with your PC specs; there could be several reasons:
1. Are you trying to run the batch like an administrator? If so, execute it like a normal user.
2. Have you download a proper build of the emu? Latest can be found here: http://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/
3. Does this happen with the x64 build? (In case you have a x64 OS)
4. Which Java and Windows version have you installed?

The more detailed you are, easier will be someone to help you... Either way, you can download JPCSP launcher and hope it go trough the emu execution.

Thanks for your answer I was getting quite frustated!! Tongue

Ok, this is the situation so far:
I tried to run it from my desktop and I´m getting a different error, now it reads something about a "GUI java.lang.nullpointerexception" but the screen closes so fast I can´t read nor copy any of the information it shows rearding the cause of the error :S
I´m running the latest jpcsp from the buildbot and I have tried w/latest java 6 and latest java 7 and windows 7 ultimate 64bit Big Grin

ok, I´ve tried to run the program again usin the debugger thing on the launches and this is what it shows:
