AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB
8GB Corsair XMS3 RAM

Also if you right click the main bat file that you start the emulator with and have over 8GB of RAM you might be interested in changing this:

"%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java" -Xmx1024m -Xss2m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=64m -Djava.library.path=lib/windows-amd64 -jar bin/jpcsp.jar %*

To this:

"%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java" -Xmx2048m -Xss2m -XX:MaxPermSize=2048m -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=512m -Djava.library.path=lib/windows-amd64 -jar bin/jpcsp.jar %*

EDIT:

Don't pay attention to the Use debug font (disable flash0 fonts) option, I was playing around with another game there.
