Why is my jpcsp has a problem when i play harvest moon boy and girl.... the fps is good but the graphics is blinking... Sad

Check if you have putted a tick on "Only GE graphics" in Option, Video.

when i tried it it didn't work ... i unticked the only ge graphics and still the graphics is blinking

I find that blinking may also be caused by shaders being enabled. You may want to experiment a bit with that as well.
