Testing Eur version is running again nice job

Menus running better but experimental depend options enable (Recomended vertx cache enable)

actually 3D is buggy

1)with shader enable
2) Work perfect but problem in font text information
3) Problem screen in none compatibility
4) with none compatibility
5) Enabled Vertex cache ok.
