itaru explained the reason. i thought it could decrypt all of them, but i guess there are still games that can't be decrypted.

Huh Hey, HOW TO DECRYPT DISSIDIA USING r1965. r1975 etc.? i thought it can decrypt my dissidia but i still get the error message!? can you give me an step by step instruction? Huh
