the problem is
the program mono_ATRAC3PLUS_Autoplay_assistant_tool v1.9.29 does not work with extremum Jpcsp someone can explain that thanks

I don't know what in the blue hell is that but it looks like a modified build of JPCSP. People might not be too keen on helping you since you're not using the SVN from Orphis' buildbot.
