Hmm, I'm not sure I really should answer as your whole writing speaks not for much knowledge in the whole matter but I try it as simple as possible:
1) Just put the encrypted ISO image into the UMD-directory and start JPCSP, if this works you did something wrong when decrypting your eboot.bin and probably the resulting ISO is just bad.
2) What game did you try?
Try this and let me/us know the outcome

i only test it for fun since seeing this project is kinda out standing recently. and i'm not very good at the programs and those confusing content files.
