Got it to work after the latest build on Windows.
Again I got issues getting it to work on Linux because not all games work for some reason.
Need to see if I didnt do anything wrong there though.
I will edit this post with a log later.

Running Call Of Duty.
I think it got something to do with running the flash0 files because it does work without them...

The beginning of the log file is missing, but yes, it seems that you have placed too many files under flash0/kd.
If you have it work on Windows, just keep the same files under flash0 as on Windows.

Even if i placed less it wont work on Linux.
And with the same files I placed on Windows it won't work under Linux.
I tried everything I could but nothing works.
I want it to work over Linux because i get better performance and stability there.

It still won't even boot the game.
