Tank you for posting the log. There are two issues. First of all you will have to install Notepad++ because regular notepad will not display the config file correctly it seems.
1. This is a disc game but the emulator is a little bit misconfigured.
2. You are missing LLE modules (think BIOS for older emulators). These will be needed for music and such. Google them and then enable for instance the same one as for this game.

- Create the folder "dev_bdvd" right next to rpcs3.exe.
- Edit the file config.yml with Notepad++ and near the top change /dev_bdvd/: !<!> "" into /dev_bdvd/: $(EmulatorDir)dev_bdvd/
- Place the game inside the folder dev_bdvd that you created. The structure should be like /dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/
