Nice i managed to run the game with this settings, the intro video plays perfectly fine for me:
As for in game: This game runs at 30FPS, not 60, except for videos like the intro.
That being said. Everything before the first dungeon i'm able to play at solid 30FPS with PPU on interpreter (FAST).
However on the first real dungeon it drops to about 20 FPS. It's still playable but not perfect. Switching PPU to LLVM achieves solid 30 FPS even on first dungeon! The only drawback is that you have to wait a bit longer for it to boot, but i rather wait 2 minutes once than play slow all the time.
