Video decoding using java decoder (r3659)

Here is the log. I let the log run several times until the video started to display graphical garbage and the audio started to not play smoothly. This resulted in a large file with a log size of about 125 MB.

As for h264j, a quick Google Search does not bring up this GitHub page. People still think that the Google Code variant is still supported as someone posted Issue 8. This issue doesn't appear on GitHub at all.
