Basically yes, but RPCS3 will still run, but if a game uses ANY shaders it will not work. There are probably still homebrews or some really basic games, which don't use shaders.
What about Hard Corps Uprising?This game not work with OpenGL 3.3?I think, this game uses shaders.
I don't exactly don't know about it. More specifically if the game uses Vertex Program (VP) or Fragment Program (FP) they will fail to compile and link, thus most likely causing errors.
