Did you try decoding the audio with the decode with sonic stage option? I had a similar problem with Katekyo Hitman Reborn Battle Arena 2 where it's stuck in a loop at the intro screen unless you decode the audio.
P.S Aren't you the guy that wanted to know how to use the logger properly? How come you didn't attach log.html onto your post instead of copying and pasting it on?
