Yeah it is playable. Well my system is relatively weak...here are the specs: intel i3-3110M, 4 gb ram, 2.40 GHz, nvidia gt 720M...2gb graphics card...I get about 15-17 fps in town with latest build...about 25-30 fps in battle...this is on DX12 with LLVM...I imagine that with vulkan on i5 or higher you can easily get about 40-50 fps...
I have one problem though and this isn't specific to Disgaea 4...i have been encountering this on Disgaea D2 as well...fps degrades during the course of the game...It drops during prolonged battles from 25 fps to say 12 fps...or when I return to town after a battle or the item world...I don't know if those red error lines which run something like "unimplemented SPU/PPU thread" have something to do with it...but I would like to know why this is happening...
