The homebrew is trying to download the file, but he is always receiving a redirect from the server in response. This is why the files are empty (download failed).
Does it work on a real PSP?

It has a PSP plugin redirecting all the Adhoc calls to Infrastructure calls. This could be a workaround while we do not find any Java library implementing Adhoc networks...
