which one on the list does not need decrypting?
playable games or loadable games?
do i need to decrypt every iso gamefile that i have?
what applications can i use to decrypt if i dont have a psp?

Games that have [encrypted] in the title are the one's that need to be decrypted. The games that don't can be played without decrypting. Most games however are encrypted. There are no applications that can decrypt without a psp at the moment.
