Yes, it did fix the issue.
And also, this works for Namco Museum Battle Collection, which means games in Battle Collection and Vol. 2, before 1983, I guess, will work with the settings I chose. This will work for Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaxian, Galaga, Dig Dug, Rally-X, and New Rally-X.
Well, looks like the Dragon Spirit problem won't be able to play it.

Unfortunately, I cannot identify the issue from the log file and would need additional information. Could you please add the following lines to your LogSettings.xml file:

<logger name='hle.SysMemUserForUser'> <level value='trace' /> </logger>
<logger name='hle.ModuleMgrForUser'> <level value='debug' /> </logger>
<logger name='loader'> <level value='trace' /> </logger>
and generate a new log file at INFO level?

When possible, please use the latest Jpcsp version (798e5ce).
