*maybe* LLE libsail_rec.
And as a last resort maybe hide the file "/dev_hdd0/game/NPUB30878/USRDIR/movies/intro.pam" somewhere and see if it will skip the intro video (most likely it will crash).
If none of these doesn't work then this game will not progress any further for now.

Go to config->settings->input and make sure keyboard is selected under pad handler. Then go to config->pad settings and make sure everything is set correctly. Also post the log file.

I remember, that this one was Half-Playable, after additional searching it seems, that thread OP messed up gameID, it should be NPUB30878
