I don't have the option to select the LLVM recompiler even if my CPU (i7-5820k) supports the SSE4.1 instruction set. Please see the CPU-Z txt report and the screenshot of the RPCS3 settings

Latest build has LLVM recompiler removed .

LLVM was added back in the latest builds. It is a brand new one though, and it takes some time to start up as it is an AOT (ahead-of-time) recompiler.
It's also missing some functions yet, so it only works in basic games.
